The services and supports are provided under Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and administered through the WV Department of Health and Human Resources, Office of Maternal, Child and Family Health.

Case Management & Emergency Services – Northern Region
Case Management furthers the mission of Catholic Charities West Virginia, provides comprehensive social services to the poor and vulnerable and confirms the agency’s dedication and commitment to reduce poverty among the people of the Mountain State. The Case Manager and consumer work out a plan for the consumer to achieve goals towards self sufficiency. Within the process, the consumer is supported with guidance and additional services as they face setbacks and successes on the path to realizing their goals.
